8.        Viewer agrees to abide by all additional restrictions displayed on the Site as it may be updated from time to time.

C. RESTRICTED RIGHTS

USE, DUPLICATION, OR DISCLOSURE OF THE MATERIALS BY THE MALAYSIA GOVERNMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTIONS SET FORTH IN DFARS (c)(1)(ii) AND FAR 52.227-19.

These references do not imply that Allbumi Network intends to announce or make available such products, services pricing or programs in Viewer’s country.

As a convenience to Viewers, Allbumi Network may provide, on this Site, links to Web sites operated by other entities. If a Viewer uses these sites, the Viewer will leave this Site. G. International Users and Choice of Law

This Site is controlled, operated and administered by Allbumi Network from its offices within Malaysiaf. Allbumi Network makes no representation that materials at this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of Malaysia and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Viewer may not use the Site or export the Materials in violation of U. S. export laws and regulations. If Viewer accesses this Site from a location outside of Malaysia, Viewer is responsible for compliance with all local laws. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Allbumi Network and Viewer with respect to Viewer’s use of the Site. Any cause of action Viewer may have with respect to Viewer’s use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
